Step 1: Click "Setup"
Step 2: Check the box labeled "Use Direct Sound" if it isn't already. Click "SFX"
Step 3: Select Compressor then click "Add"

Step 4: Set the following properties.

Gain = 10 (how loud you want everyone to be.)
Attack = 0.01
Release = Around 500
Threshold = Around -30
Ratio = 100
Pre delay = 4.0
